one-stage centrifugal pump with a submersible motor is the ANDRITZ submersible centrifugal pump (ASCP series). There are three types of impellers in this series: open, semi-open, and closed. The design permits the highest efficiency of up to 80% in addition to the best possible conveyance of pre-cleaned wastewater (for instance, inside a wastewater treatment plant). Excellent mechanical seals are used to achieve the sealing between the pump and motor. A monitoring system shields the motor from harm concurrently.
