Y Trienviro designs, fabricates, installs, and commissions various capacities of packaged sewage treatment facilities based on the customer's specifications. These are appropriate for rural locations, highway rest stops, motels, restaurants, and hospitals, particularly where the population is small, the available space is limited, or the plant capacity is minimal. The treatment scheme begins with a bar screen, oil and grease trap, and flows to an equalization tank, which holds the flows coming into the plant and pumps them at a constant rate to the plant.
There are also alternative designs with MBR / MBBR technology with a smaller footprint. The treated discharge is subsequently disinfected using hypochlorite, UV, or ozonation systems, depending on the client's needs. The final discharge is normal for a stream. MBR technology reduces the aeration tank capacity to one-third, therefore lowering the footprint.
