A timer controller is a pulse jet control device that serves as the primary controller for a pulse bag-house's jet dust-cleaning system. It produces a driving electromagnetic pulse valve that controls pressurized air, jets dust into the filtration bag in a proper sequence, and maintains the operation resistance to clear dust within the prescribed range, ensuring the baghouse's processing capability and dust collection efficiency. The control device generates a driving voltage output every time. A pulse width refers to the duration of a single driving voltage. Pulse interval refers to the period between two connecting output-driving voltages. The pulse cycle is the amount of time it takes the control device to complete all of the electromagnetic valve outputs. The pause period between two pulse cycles is referred to as cycle interval.

Working Principle of Timer Controller
A MCU performs the primary control of the control device, allowing for key-press parameter setting, number display, and control of cycle interval, pulse interval, and pulse width, thereby controlling dust clearing operation in response to the "Stop/Run" input signal. Every output terminal controls the activation of an electromagnetic pulse valve and the removal of dust with compressed air, while a nixie light indicates the jet sequence. The control device is rich of features and simple to use.
