In contrast to the classic open cooling tower, the closed system uses an evaporative cooler (closed cooling tower) as the primary heat exchanger to isolate the cooling water from the outside environment. The heat exchange method leaves the environment, water body, and equipment clean, and it has the benefits of saving water, energy, money on maintenance, and operating intelligently.
Working flow
The axial fan draws air into the evaporative cooler through the grille, while heat is expelled via the heat exchange tube bundle. The bleacher under the fan prevents water droplets from being swept away by the air.
The spray water enters the water tank from the top of the evaporative cooler and is recycled via the spray water pump. When it falls, the spray water absorbs heat from the tube and evaporates simultaneously. The vaporized spray water is automatically refilled via the water compensation valve.

Applications of Closed Cooling Tower
The evaporative cooler can be used in steel mills and foundries, as well as to cool industrial fluids in central air conditioning, chemical, pharmaceutical, and hydraulic gear.
