Working flow of Dry and Wet Combined Closed Cooling System
The dry and wet combination closed cooling system is made up of direct air cooling and an evaporative condenser that has been optimized for efficiency. If the temperature rises above the temperature set to turn off the water supply, evaporative cooling is the primary heat exchanger and air cooling is the secondary, so evaporative cooling bears the majority of the thermal burden. If the temperature falls below the intended temperature for shutting off the water supply, air cooling is the primary heat exchanger and evaporative cooling is the secondary, therefore air cooling bears the majority of the thermal burden.

Applications of Dry and Wet Combined Closed Cooling System

  1. Cooling of medium with a wide temperature difference between inlet and exit; no white fog is permitted on-site; greater outlet temperature, continuity, and safety standards.
  2. The air cooling and evaporative cooling are integrated and optimized, and the air cooling and evaporative cooling components are proportioned rationally based on the ambient temperature and process cooling properties.

Characteristics of Dry and Wet Combined Closed Cooling System

  1. Direct air cooling and evaporative condensers, when combined and tuned, can work in tandem. They can be operated simultaneously or individually.
  2. It may handle a variety of difficulties in different seasons and take full use of the benefits of no water consumption in the air cooling system, water savings in the evaporation system, and low back pressure in the condenser.
  3. System safety is good.
