Fully automatic backwashing of RF or RFF-H fine filters is accomplished by the automatic backwash system, which can also be retrofitted. Steps can be used to adjust the backwashing intervals. In the event of a power outage, the automated backwash system features an emergency feature and provides manual backwashing as an option. There are connection options for remote switching, remote monitoring, and differential pressure switching.
Usage requirements:

  • For RF filters, mounting adds about 30 mm in height, and for RFF-H filters, it adds 150 mm.
  • The included batteries must be tested on a regular basis and replaced at the latest after two years.
  • The mains plug must not be removed from the socket for an extended amount of time once the batteries are installed.
