In conjunction with a potential-free backwash automatic of type RAM, the differential pressure switch DIFF-P regulates the backwash procedure of backwashable fine filters RF or RFF-H. The differential pressure switch compares the pressure upstream and downstream of the filter screen to initiate the automated backwash system. Through its potential-free contacts, the automatic backwash system is activated in the event that the differential pressure surpasses the setpoint. The housing is composed of premium plastic.
Conditions of Use: 

  1. The assembly is only guaranteed to operate trouble-free at pressures up to 16.0 bar. 
  2. Although the assembly is built to withstand pressure loads of up to 25.0 bar, at that point the switching function cannot be guaranteed. One bar of differential pressure is the factory setting for the pressure switch.



Operating pressure 0 – 16 bar
Setting range 0.1 – 1.0 bar
Operating temperature 0 – 70 °C
Ambient temperature 0 – 80 °C
Mains cable 1 metre with plug connection
