Development intention

When a valve is replaced or broken, the working procedure is hindered by flangerubberpacking.
After removing a folded or broken valve, it is impossible to insert a new valve due to rubber packing interferences.
As a result, as previously said, the process is extremely intricate.
Cut the piping, connect the flanges, attach the valve, and connect the expansion joint.
These processes result in long-term water supply interruptions as well as significant budget losses.
We designed in order to improve these issues.
This valve not only has an expansion structure, but it also has the same face-to-face dimension as specified by K.S.
AWWA C207, BS 4504 and DIN
As a result, with this valve, no piping, welding, or flange connections are required.
It allows for the saving of more materials, time, and money.

Maintenance points of strength

Composition

It is made up of two parts: Valve Body 1 and Valve Body 2 (movable flange, rubber packing, and guidering).

Structure

After separating one side of the valve flange, insert rubber packing into it.
A separate flange was designed to withstand appropriate working pressure.
Inserted rubber packing into the flange role as a flange joint packing as well as totally avoiding leaks.
