Operating principle
This particular line of waste incinerators uses the primary pyrolysis gasification + surround air mixed combustion + secondary incineration + burnout treatment incineration method. The primary combustion chamber utilizes gasification incineration technology, and the incineration chamber's temperature rises from 200°C to 400°C. In the course of incineration, no frit, slag block, or sintering will be formed. The gas produced by the primary combustion chamber can be effectively mixed with air and burned completely at high temperature in the secondary mixed incineration chamber with the burner and annular air feeding device, preventing carbon material from escaping and the occurrence of late burning phenomenon.
The combustion-supporting air and flue gas enter the high temperature secondary combustion chamber tangentially, allowing the flue gas to be completely burned once more. In order to ensure that the combustible gas in the flue gas can be fully burned and the combustible material in the fly ash is completely incinerated, the flue gas is also being dusted with rotating air flow at the same time. The residence time of the incineration flue gas in the furnace is more than 2 seconds.
Treatment for waste gas purification
The flue gas odor and other components are broken down at high temperatures in the upper part of the incinerator where dry tail gas purification equipment is installed to remove hydrogen chloride and sulfur oxide created during burning. The calcium hydroxide filter brick and acid gas neutralization reaction are both part of the flue gas purification system, which serves the dual purposes of adsorbing acid gas and further purifying tail gas.

Applications of Domestic Waste Incinerator

  1. General household waste, such as scraps of paper, wood, and leaves, can be handled by confidential units for a variety of confidential documents; Funeral homes, mausoleums, and cemeteries are places where a variety of memorial artifacts are disposed of and burned.
  2. Industrial waste (polymer waste) includes plastics like PE and PU as well as rubber (tyre), PET bottles, styrofoam, fiber, foam, fabric, resin, acrylic, leather, and cowhide as well as laminated boards, coatings, and polymers. It can be used to manufacture solid waste in a variety of plastic product factories, pharmaceutical factories, food factories, factories that process leather, factories that make oil, factories that make paper, and other businesses of all sizes.
  3. Syringes, gloves, bandages, gauze, infusion tubes, blood transfusion tubes, organs, and other infectious medical waste are examples of medical trash. It can be used in a variety of forensic testing divisions, labs, medical facilities, etc. It can be used in zoos, breeding farms, pet stores, and various types of livestock farms. Animal clinic, etc.
  4. Disposal of dead animals, including those with infectious diseases, their carcasses, fur, or hair, including fish, chickens, cows, ducks, geese, pigs, dogs, and cats.
  5. Waste oil, waste solvent, waste mud, paint residue, etc. are examples of special waste products.

Principal characteristics
1. The use of secondary combustion, totally closed operation, gasification incineration, mixed incineration, burnout treatment, and other technologies in order to keep smoke exhaust and soot content below the required emission requirements and prevent secondary pollution.
2. The operation of the incinerator with automatic program control reduces the labor intensity of the workforce. Burning oven doors and clear ash doors are designed to adopt a dual form of mouth sealed structure, completely cutting off the burning furnace and furnace outside to create a negative pressure combustion and eliminate the possibility of secondary pollution, which is advantageous, particularly for the processing of infectious waste.
