Applications of ATC Water Cooled Spindle Motor
Automatic Instrument Change spindles are useful in woodworking CNC and are widely used in wood processing, plastics processing, and other areas. 


Features of ATC Water Cooled Spindle Motor

  1. Ceramic ball bearings or P4 grade angular contact bearings are employed. With such bearings, the strength and stiffness of electric spindles are substantially enhanced, and RPM can exceed 24000r/min.
  2. All rotable parts are subjected to high precision dynamic balance testing with tolerances of less than G0.4.
  3. An airtight shaft bracket made of extruded aluminium enhances the protection class of electric spindles to IP54 and protects internal parts from dust.
  4. As active cooling equipment, independent electric fans are equipped and used. In this instance, even if the electric spindles cease working, independent electric fans can still deliver the necessary air volume for cooling while keeping noise to a minimum.
