Foundation anchor bolts are screw rods used to fasten equipment, etc. to the concrete foundation. Generally used in infrastructures such as railways, highways, power companies, factories, mines, bridges, tower cranes, large-span steel structures, and large buildings. Have strong stability.
The working principle of the Foundation anchor bolt:
1. One-time embedding method: When pouring concrete, the anchor bolts should be embedded first. When the high-rise building is controlled by overturning, the anchor bolts should be embedded at one time.
2. The method of preparing the hole: the equipment is in place, the hole is cleaned, and the Foundation anchor bolt is inserted into the hole. After positioning and correcting the equipment, it is poured with non-shrinkable fine-stone concrete, which is one level higher than the original foundation. The distance from the center of the Foundation anchor bolt to be buried once to the edge of the foundation should be no less than 2d (d is the diameter of the anchor bolt) and no less than 15mm (when d≤20, no more than 15mm and no less than 10mm). When the above requirements cannot be met, it should not be less than half the width of the anchor plate plus 50mm. Appropriate measures should be taken to strengthen it. The diameter of the anchor bolts used in the structure shall not be less than 20mm. When vibration occurs, double nuts should be used for fixing, or other effective measures to prevent loosening should be taken, but the anchoring length of anchor bolts should be 5d longer than the non-anchoring length.
