The carbon steel nylon nut adopts advanced technology and has a longer service life without special maintenance. A hexagonal nylon nut is widely used because of its self-locking function and simple structure. The basic structure of a Hexagonal nylon nut is: it includes an outer hexagon and a nylon washer. The outer hexagon is provided with threaded holes, and the upper end of the outer hexagon is provided with a thin-walled sleeve structure. The nylon washer is inserted into the thin-walled sleeve After the inner hole, the upper part of the thin-walled sleeve is turned inward to press the nylon gasket on the upper-end surface of the outer hexagon. The inner diameter of the nylon gasket is smaller than the inner diameter of the threaded hole.
