JUNTAI HEXAGON HONEYCOMB TUBE SETTLER

Quickly Install it into the tank
Assemble the Tube settlers blocks from left to right on the upper part of the Shaft Support. Keep the Angle of 60° unchanged all the time, each unit should be properly pressed when assembling sequentially. If the size is not exactly appropriate when assembling to the right side, it is necessary to use loose Tube settlers according to the size and then assemble until it is all in place. There are about two workers can install 200 CBM in a working day

Installation method of tube Settlers:
1. Install mud discharge pipe at the bottom of the sedimentation tank
The installation sequence of the Tube settlers sedimentation tank generally starts from the bottom, and the installation of the mud drainage pipe system at the bottom should be completed first. Ensure that the opening of the mud drainage Tube meets the design requirements and is fixed firmly, and check without error before entering the next installation process.
2. Complete the installation of the Tube Block
According to the construction drawing of the settlers support installation for the sedimentation tank, the Settlers support should be installed in place first, check that all welding joints are firm and the strength of the support is enough to bear the weight of the tube settlers,
and complete anti-corrosion treatment on the surface of the support;
3. Complete the ironing of the tube settlers to block
According to the ironing method of tube settlers, each sheet is packaged as a separate ironing unit. After the ironing of a block is completed, it is 1m2. After the ironing, it is stacked neatly on the field (a small number of loose pieces are reserved for future use).
4, Tube Settlers install into the Sedimentation
Assemble the Tube Block from left to right on the upper part of the Sedimentation tank. Keep the Angle of 60° unchanged all the time, each block should be properly pressed when assembling sequentially. If the size is not exactly appropriate when assembling to the right side, it is necessary to use loose sheet Tube Settlers according to the size and then assemble until it is all in place.
5. The upper part of the inclined tube Settlers is fixed
Since the proportion of Tube settlers is 0.90, slightly less than water after Tube settlers are assembled in place in the tank, 10mm round steel should be pulled above the Tube Settlers from left to right for reinforcement (two round steel should pass through the upper part of each unit Block ), and both ends of the round steel should be fixed reliably on the sedimentation tank wall.
