The YB series hydraulic ceramic piston pump is a double acting volume type hydraulic displacement parallel pump. Its plunger is made of a-type alumina, which has a very strong resistance to corrosion and wear. High output pressure and precise measurement, low pressure fluctuation, low noise, resistance to acid and alkali, ease of use and maintenance, and stable and dependable operation are all features of the hydraulic ceramic piston pump for sale. With its long lifespan and other features, the filter press is the best product for different kinds of solid-liquid separation.
Nearly 20 variants in seven series—YB85, YB140, YB200, YB250, YB300, YB350, and YB400—are available for hydraulic ceramic plunger mud pumps. The flow rate of these pumps can vary from 0 to 120 m3/h. Commonly used pumps have a rating of 2.0 MPa and a maximum pressure of 2.5 MPa; low-flow high-pressure pumps have a rating of 6.0 MPa and a maximum pressure of 8.0 MPa; and large-flow high-pressure pumps have a rating of 3.0 MPa and a maximum pressure of 3.5 MPa. The low-pressure pump's flow is 10–20% greater than the rated flow of comparable pumps, and its pressure is 1.5 MPa. In addition to saving floor space, the YB ceramic plunger pump with filter press may replace three or four outdated diaphragm pumps, saving users money on maintenance and power usage.

Applications of Industrial Peristaltic Pump
Ceramic mud spray drying, high-pressure spray combustion of coal water slurry, clean (soil) water, different suspended liquids, mud, and liquids containing sand for long-distance transportation are all done with hydraulic mud pumps. Filter press feed is another application for a hydraulic ceramic piston pump.
The hydraulic ceramic plunger pump from the YB series is utilized in:
1. Transportation of ceramic slurry, coal water slurry, kaolin, stone sewage, and suspensions of non-metallic minerals.
2. Transporting electronic slurry, chemical and pharmaceutical slurry, suspension, etc.
3. Transportation of tailings, coal mining, leather, paper, electroplating, piling, sand washing, sand production, dilling, printing and dyeing, and other sludge.
4. Sludge transportation from lakes, rivers, and municipalities.
5. Biogas, leftovers, farm waste, etc.

Characteristics of a hydraulic ceramic piston pump
1. Resistance to wear:
The finely ground alumina ceramics used to make the plunger are resistant to wear. There is 0.4um surface roughness and a hardness above HLC8.5. Both the delivered materials and the plunger do not shear. It works well for moving solid and sand-containing items.
2. Powerful self-priming capability: 4–8 m self-priming capacity using a plunger-type vacuuming method (the suction range changes depending on the material's specific gravity).
3. Constant pressure that can be changed Automatic variable: The plunger mud pump's working pressure is subject to arbitrary adjustment within the 0–2 MPa range. The pump output flow will not alter the adjusted pressure, and the set pressure will remain constant. The pressure won't change even if the running pump's outlet is closed. The pump's maximum flow rate cannot be exceeded by the change; it can be zero.
4. High pressure and high efficiency: Ordinary models have a maximum pressure of 2 MPa. When the flow rate is the same and the pressure is ≥0.5MPa, the power of the plunger mud pump motor is one to two models less than that of other pump types.
5. Simple to operate: simply tightening or loosening the pressure regulating valve is all that is needed to alter the pressure. It won't need to be adjusted again once the pressure has been set because it will be locked.
6. Low operating costs: The plunger seal and valve are the pump's weakest components. Ceramic slurry has a replacement cycle of three to six months, while municipal sludge has a period of six to twelve months.
7. Extended service life: The minimum service life is fifteen years.
8. Customized mud pump production: The business can adapt to the unique mining and industrial needs of each user and create a variety of plunger mud pumps that best meet the needs of its clients.
