Nonionic polyacrylamide PAMN is a water-soluble polymer or polyelectrolyte. Because there are a certain number of polar groups in the molecular chain, it can bridge the particles by adsorbing suspended solid particles in water or coagulate particles to form large flocculants by neutralizing charges. Therefore, it can accelerate the settling of particles in suspension and has the obvious effect of accelerating solution clarification and promoting filtration.

Nonionic polyacrylamide PAMN Applications :

Sewage treatment: When the sewage system is acidic, non-ionic polyacrylamide is more suitable; with inorganic flocculants like polyaluminium and aluminum sulfate, the effect of water treatment will be best.
Coal Mine Washing: It can be used for centrifugal separation of coal washing tailings and for precipitation and filtration of pulverized coal and slime. It can improve the recovery rate of pulverized coal and the filtration rate.
Textile auxiliaries: Chemical slurry can be prepared by adding some other chemicals. When used in textile sizing, it can improve adhesion, permeability, and desizing performance. The fabric has anti-static property, which reduces sizing rate, reduces strand spot, breakage rate, and falling of the cloth machine.
Metallurgical beneficiation: For example, during flotation and smelting of zinc, manganese, and copper ores, the leachate and residue can be added with PAM to improve separation efficiency.
Sand control and sand fixation: Non-ionic polyacrylamide is dissolved into a 0.3% concentration and added with a crosslinking agent, which can be sprayed on desert to prevent sand and fix sand.
Chemical grouting agent: 9.5 phr of non-ionic polyacrylamide and 0.5 phr of N-methylene bisacrylamide can be used as chemical grouting agents for blocking water in dams, foundations, and tunnels.
Oil profile control water shut-off agent: It can be used as profile control and water shutoff agent in oilfields by combining with lignocellulose and adding certain chemical additives.
