The extruder screw boasts a sophisticated design that offers robust protection against PVC plasticization, while the Siemens PLC control system facilitates more convenient operation. The final PVC pipe quality will be guaranteed by the degassing system. The vacuum calibration and cooling units' tank body is made of stainless steel (304#), and their multi-sectional vacuum system guarantees steady pipe cooling and sizing; The cooling efficiency is increased by a special cooling system. The machine becomes more clever with the auto water temperature control mechanism. The haul-off machine will use two, three, four, or six caterpillars, depending on the pipe size; these caterpillars are made to meet various needs. The mechanical and pneumatic combining system used in pedrail clamping has a more dependable performance. The dust-collecting system ensures a clean working environment; the cutting system uses planetary cutting or no-dust cutters.The pipe has a maximum diameter of 1200 millimeters.

This line is primarily utilized to produce UPVC and CPVC pipes with large diameters and varying pipe wall thicknesses for usage in cable lay, construction, and other areas.
