The DF multistage chemical centrifugal pump is a type of single-suction, multistage, segmental, corrosion-resistant chemical centrifugal pump. It works well for moving liquids that are resistant to corrosion and don't contain solid particles between -20°C and 105°C. The machine's inlet pressure can be as high as 0.6 MPa.
The DF Corrosion-Resistant Multistage Chemical Pump is a centrifugal pump designed to transport corrosion-resistant liquids without the presence of solid particles. It is a single-suction, multi-stage, segmental chemical pump. The acceptable inlet pressure is 0.6MPa, and the conveying medium's temperature range is -20°C to 105°C.
The pump's flow components are made of two different types of materials: cast steel and cast stainless steel. When placing an order, the name, concentration, inlet pressure, operating temperature, degree of material corrosion, and pump construction should all be taken into consideration when choosing the material and sealing type of the pump.
The structure is as follows
The D-type multi-stage centrifugal pump structure is used in the DF type corrosion-resistant chemical centrifugal pump. The entire unit is separated into four components: the bearing part, the rotor part, the sealing part, and the stator part.
1. The stator portion
It consists of the pump body (the center part, water input and exit portion), guiding vanes, etc., all of which are screwed into place using pull rods to create a sealed working chamber.
2. Rotor component:
It is made up of a balancing disc device, a shaft, an impeller, and a shaft sleeve. The impeller is rotated to produce centrifugal force through the shaft transmission, which propels the medium's flow.
3. The bearing part is made up of the bearing gland, the bearing, and the bearing body. The bearing's function is to support the shaft and guarantee its steady, regular operation.
4. The sealing section:
Separated into packing seals and mechanical seals, packing seals are typically utilized in situations where the medium contains solid particles or the leakage requirements are not strict, whereas mechanical seals are appropriate for high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive conditions and have strict leakage requirements. In the case of the pump, both seals are important for sealing the two ends of the pump, stopping the medium from leaving the pump, and guaranteeing the pump's sealing.
