The pulse diaphragm valve (also known as an electro-magnetic valve) serves as the "switch" for compressed air in the pulse bag filter's dust-cleaning system. Controlled by the pulse jet control device's output signals, it cleans dust from the filter bags cell by cell to keep the baghouse's resistance within the predetermined range, ensuring the baghouse's processing functions and dust-collection efficiency. DMF-Z electro-magnetic pulse valves are right angle valves (also threaded) that are mounted directly on the manifold box. They offer improved flow characteristics and operate with lower pressure loss, making them suited for settings where the pressure of the gas source is relatively low.
Principles of operation
The electro-magnetic pulse diaphragm valve consists of two gas cells. When compressed air is connected, it enters the back-gas cell via the opening. The pressure in the back-gas cell forces the diaphragm tightly against the valve outlet, keeping the electro-magnetic valve "closed".The electro-magnetic pulse valve's armature moves in response to electrical impulses from the pulse jet control unit. The back-gas cell's air escape opens, and the cell quickly loses pressure, causing the diaphragm to slide back and compressed air to blow through the valve outlet. The electromagnetic
The pulse valve becomes "open". When the electrical signals from the pulse jet control device stop, the armature of the electro-magnetic pulse valve returns to its original position. The back-gas cell's air escape closes, causing the pressure inside to build, pushing the diaphragm against the valve outlet. The electro-magnetic valve resumes its "closed" position.
