Scope of Applications of  Powder Cationic Polyacrylamide:

  1. As a flocculating agent, it is mostly employed in industrial solid-liquid separation processes such as settlement, clarifying, concentrate, and sludge dewateing.
  2. The primary application sectors are municipal sewage treatment, paper manufacturing, and food processing. petrochemical, metallur- gical, mining dressing, dyeing, sugar making and many sorts of industrial wastewater treatment.
  3. Used as dry strength agents, retention agents, and filter aids in the paper industry, which can considerably enhance paper quality, save money, and increase production capacity.
  4. In recent years, it has been used as a chemical material in the oil field as an anti-clayswling agent, acidificaflion thickening agent, Oi waste water treatment agent, and so on.
Usage of  Powder Cationic Polyacrylamide:
  1. PAM should be dissolved in a 0.1-0.2% solution before usage.
  2. If the corresponding dissolving and dosing method is not used, a solution should be placed in the diluted cans.
  3. Practice on the machine with a screw pump and adjust the quantity based on the situation.

Features of  Powder Cationic Polyacrylamide:
1. It has a high water solubility and can be entirely dissolved in cold water.
2, It can maintain significant flocculation by adding a little amount of cationic polyacrylaide compounds. To fully utilize, simply add 001 - 10ppm (001 - 10g I m3) in.
3. The use of cationic polyacrylamide products in conjunction with inorganic coagulants (ferric sulphate, chloride, iron salts, etc.) may result in stronger effects.
