These days, we also provide control valves and air flow meters for the biological treatment phase. In addition to these parts, we offer control strategies for the aeration tanks' load-dependent air supply and distribution, which will optimize the operation and save energy. Monitoring gas from landfills, solid waste treatment facilities, agricultural biogas, and syngas plants from wood gasification are other important applications. Binder is an expert in gas applications, specifically in the areas of biogas, landfill, sewage, and synthesis gas.
For a number of years, Binder GmbH has been producing thermal gas mass flow meters in Germany. In our CAMASS® Calibration Lab, every flow meter is calibrated based on the intended use. Further electrical components, air control valves, and gas measurement equipment were added, leading to the development of the COMBIMASS® and VACOMASS® product lines, which are currently available for purchase globally.
As a member of the Binder Group, Instrum GmbH produces flow limiters, pressure regulators, and other safety components to safeguard sterile, corrosive, and/or explosive processes involving inert gases. Tank ventilation, inerting, product conveyance, and sterilization can all be done with automatic mechanical regulators that run without the need for additional energy. Modern, high-precision pressure regulators can also be utilized with highly corrosive acids, alkalis, and solvents in industry, as well as liquids like fuels (on test benches).
As a member of the Binder Group, BETA BV produces superior pressure and temperature switches in the Netherlands for almost all branches and industries. The BETA pressure and temperature switches are among the few switches available today that have as many uses as they do. They have drift-free switching points and operate exceptionally safely and dependably even under severe overpressure, shocks, and vibrations.
