It is a high-tech company with a complete business chain and a synergistic effect in China's silicon-based new materials industry, and its industrial silicon and organic silicon capacity is among the best in the world. Hoshine became involved in the organic silicon sector in the early 1990s and was among the first Chinese companies to produce organic silicon rubber on a big scale. It made an investment in the founding of Zhejiang Hoshine Silicon Co., Ltd. (the forerunner of Hoshine Silicon Co., Ltd.) in 2005. It made an investment in the founding of Zhejiang Hoshine Silicon Co., Ltd. The company's whole development model of the Shihezi coal-electricity-silicon integrated circular economy industrial park in Shanshan, Xinjiang, was successfully finished and placed into operation in 2019. The project also included siloxane and downstream deep processing projects. The establishment and construction of Yunnan Zhaotong Green Electricity Silicon Circular Economy Integrated Industrial Park took place earlier that year. Hoshine has been dedicated to the creation and expansion of novel silicon-based materials ever since it was listed. 
The business and the Xinjiang Urumqi government signed an investment framework agreement in early December 2021 to invest in the Urumqi Ganquanbao Economic Development Zone in order to construct a $100 billion green recycling economy industrial park in response to the national "double carbon" policy. For many years, the Hoshine Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to social welfare under the direction of Mr. Luo Liguo, Chairman. By providing funds and supplies to aid in times of need, we have positively impacted earthquake relief as well as the prevention and management of epidemics and catastrophic calamities like SARS, the Wenchuan Earthquake, and the Xin Guan Epidemic. We founded the Hoshine Charity Foundation in November 2013, which provided funds to build a school building for Hope Primary School and provided supplies and funds to enhance the learning environment at primary and secondary schools in Zhejiang, Sichuan, and Xinjiang. 
A tripartite agreement was struck in early 2019 by Hoshine, the Municipal Health Bureau, and the Cixi Municipal Government to invest in the construction of the Cixi No. 5 Hospital, which would serve as the township's new hospital. Cixi Fifth Hospital, helping to build the township's healthcare infrastructure. In order to construct Keqya Road, the company paid 4 million yuan to the Xinjiang Shanshan County Transportation Bureau in 2021. The road renovation project also helped the workers of nearby businesses that were favorable to the area. In addition to offering more than 10,000 local minority workers exceptional living and working circumstances, Hoshine's production facilities in Xinjiang have emerged as model businesses for fostering ethnic unity in the region by leveraging employment to propel economic growth.
