The DK32/34 is a variable area (VA) flowmeter designed for monitoring low liquid and gas flow rates. The time-tested meter is ideal for flow monitoring and dosing in gas analyzer systems or on purge panels. It may also be utilized in demanding process settings with temperatures up to +200°C / +392°F or pressures up to 400 barg / 5800 psig due to its sturdy all-metal architecture. It comes fitted with a metering valve for precisely setting the flow value.

Installation is simple and inexpensive: Capable of measuring and displaying data without the use of an external power supply.
Purgemeter with two optional limit switches for measuring flow.
A variety of stainless steel and alloy sensor materials are available, as well as surface passivation with SilcoNert®2000 for trace-level analysis.
IP65/66 ingress protection.
Full scale value for liquids: 1.6...150 l/h / 0.4...40 GPH.
Full scale value for gases: 16...4,800 l/h / 0.6...170 SCFH.
Maximum measuring error: 4% (according to VDI/VDE 3513-2) or 3% of full scale.
Suitable for use in Safety Instrumented Systems with SIL 2, redundant design (1oo2), and SIL 3 applications (type A device).
