The DW 182 is an inline flow controller that indicates the flow of homogeneous clean liquids without the use of auxiliary power. It is appropriate for both horizontal and vertical pipes. The flow controller has flanged connectors (DN15...65 / 12...212′′). Stainless steel (1.4404 / 316 L) is used for the measuring tube and connector. There are two sorts of indicators: a linear scale with up to two alarm places at the top and bottom of the indicator, and a dial.
The DW 182 is ideal for low-cost flow detection in a variety of applications that do not demand great accuracy. It can handle flows of up to 30,000 l/h (132.09 GPM in the US). A high-temperature variant is also available for operation temperatures up to +300°C / +570°F. The DW 182 is available in non-hazardous, intrinsically safe, and explosion-proof configurations.
