Novargi offers its clients comprehensive support for various site supervision tasks up until the process units' ultimate start-up:
Construction operations: At the request of the client, Novargi supervisors are sent to the site to oversee all site erection activities. The operators typically ask Novargi's expert staff to supervise certain tasks, such as installing critical components or applying refractory lining.
Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities: Novargi Process and E&I teams oversee these procedures once site installation activities are completed to ensure the unit is prepared for operation. Novargi serves as a single point of contact for the plant operator by coordinating the site support of the representatives of the vital components subvendors. After the Novargi experience team completes the commissioning tasks the client requested, the Mechanical Completion certificate is signed.
Start-up activities: To ensure a seamless unit operation, the Novargi team oversees the start-up of the process units provided at the site.
Training services: When operators request them, training activities pertaining to process unit control, maintenance, and safety operation are offered.
