Characteristics of Diaphragm Metering Pump
Advantages:
  • The DiaFlex® diaphragm design prolongs the pump's life and removes the need for costly repair kits, protected by a patent.
  • Leak detection is commonplace with Diaphragm Failure Detection (DFD).
  • Precise chemical metering up to 175 PSI in pressure.
Interaction & Interface:
  • Digital controls that are easy for operators to use and have backlit LCD displays for motor speed, input signal values, service, and alert status.
  • Pulse inputs, 4–20 mA, and remote start/stop are examples of signal inputs.
  • Among the signal outputs are an open collector and a relay (3 amps).
  • Compatible with the Flow Verification Sensor (FVS) system from Blue-White.
  • The alarm relay keeps an eye on the FVS and DFD systems.
