Two- and Three-Layer Paint Systems
The engineering of coatings for outdoor applications necessitates their ability to endure diverse weather conditions. The performance of externally covered pipes and buildings is severely challenged by elements including climate, soil chemical composition, and salt water.
In order to engineer two- and three-layer painting systems that will shield pipes, structures, vessels, and tanks against corrosion-related failures, Tabteen CPT works closely with our clients and their experts. High Build Epoxy:
HBE is a Novolac epoxy coating system that can withstand operation temperatures of up to 120°C (248°F). It is frequently used for pipeline corrosion prevention in demanding onshore and offshore settings. HBE can be applied to steel pipe, valves, and fittings of different sizes at our business. At the project site, our applicators can also girth weld field joints and apply the coating system to mainline pipelines.
HBE can also be utilized for periodic turnarounds and rehabilitation operations as a holiday repair material for FBE-coated piping. The product has outstanding impact resistance once it has set, and the material offers short cure times.
