Intelligent precession Our business invented the vortex flowmeter, a new form of gas flowmeter that is at the forefront in China. The flowmeter incorporates flow, temperature, and pressure detecting functions, and it can automatically compensate for temperature, pressure, and compression. It is a suitable gas measuring tool for use in the petroleum, chemical, electric, and metallurgical industries, among others.
Operating Principle of SS304 Precession Vortex Flowmeter:
The flow profile of the flow sensor is similar to that of a Venturi tube. A set of spiral guide vanes are installed on the intake side. When fluid reaches the flow sensor, the guiding vanes cause it to form a strong vortex flow. When the fluid enters the diffusion section, the backflow affects the vortex flow and causes it to rotate twice, resulting in a gyro-like swirling flow precession phenomenon. The precession frequency is related to the flow rate and is independent of physical parameters and density. A preamplifier amplifies and filters the detecting signal. The shaping is converted into a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, which is then sent to the microprocessor along with temperature, pressure, and other detection signals for integration processing, and finally the measurement results (instantaneous flow, accumulated flow, and temperature) are displayed on the LCD screen.
Installation matters of SS304 Precession Vortex Flowmeter:
1. When installing the flowmeter, electric welding at the output flange is strictly prohibited, since this will cause the flowmeter's internal components to burn out.
2.Cleaning the newly installed or renovated pipeline is required before installing the flowmeter.
3.The flowmeter should be positioned in an area that is easily accessible for maintenance, free of severe electromagnetic field interference, mechanical vibration, and heat radiation.
4.The flowmeter should not be used in situations where it is regularly interrupted and there is a high pulsing flow or pressure.
5.When installing the flowmeter outside, the upper section should be covered to prevent rainfall incursion and the scorching sun from reducing the flowmeter's service life.
6.The flowmeter can be put at any angle, and the flow direction of the fluid should match the flow direction specified on the flowmeter.
7.The pipeline is currently under construction. Consider inserting a telescopic tube or bellows to avoid serious stretch or breaking of the flowmeter. 
8.The flowmeter should be positioned coaxially with the pipeline to prevent sealing sheets and grease from entering the pipeline's interior cavity.
9.When using an external power source, the flowmeter must be properly grounded, and the ground wire cannot be shared with the strong current system. During pipeline installation or maintenance, the electric welding system's ground wire must not overlap with the flow rate.
10. For smooth fluid distribution and easy maintenance, use a straight pipe segment with a front ≥ 3ND and a rear ≥ 1ND.


The applications of SS304 Precession Vortex Flowmeter:
It is widely employed in the measurement of gases in the petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, coal, and other sectors. Examples include natural gas, fuel gas, compressed air, hydrogen, oxygen, coal gas, biogas, gas, methane, propane, acetylene, and other gases.

It can directly measure the fluid's flow, pressure, and temperature while automatically tracking the compensation and compression factor in real time. Fix.
4. Dual detection technology may significantly boost detection signal strength while suppressing interference caused by pipeline vibration.
5. Using domestic leading intelligent anti-seismic technology to efficiently control interference signals caused by vibration and pressure changes.
6. Using a Chinese character dot matrix display with many display digits for intuitive and convenient reading, it can directly display the volume flow in the working state, the small volume in the standard state, the flow rate, total amount, medium pressure, temperature, and other parameters.
7. EPROM technology allows for quick parameter setting, permanent storage, and up to a year of historical data.
