Negative Experience with Anhui Solar Planet Technology Co., Ltd. I would like to share my experience with Anhui Solar Planet Technology Co., Ltd. I ordered two battery packs and inverters from this company. Before making the payment, I specifically asked the seller whether all the equipment was in stock and ready for shipment. The seller assured me that everything was available and ready to be shipped. However, immediately after I made the payment, I was informed that the batteries actually had to be manufactured and would only be ready in approximately 14 days. The inverters also had to be manufactured by another supplier. As a result, I had to wait about a month before the entire order was finally shipped. After installing the inverter, I discovered that it could not detect the battery. I contacted the seller, but initially I was told that this was normal and that the system was supposed to work this way. After a lot of communication, I eventually managed to get the seller to send me the equipment needed to connect the battery to a computer and change the BMS communication protocol so that it would work with the inverter. The equipment was sent, and after changing the settings, I was able to get the system working. However, before the battery had even been in operation for one year, one of the batteries I purchased failed. I contacted the seller again regarding the warranty. Initially, the seller offered me a 15% discount on a new battery. Later, the seller said that he would send me a new battery to replace the defective one. Unfortunately, after that, the situation changed. The seller stopped following through on his promises, and the replacement of the defective battery remains unresolved. My main concern is not only that the battery failed in less than one year, but also the way the company has handled the warranty issue after the sale. I have kept the entire communication history with the seller and can provide screenshots confirming the situation described above. I recommend that potential buyers carefully clarify the availability of the products, warranty terms, replacement procedures for defective equipment, and all other important conditions in writing before making payment.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Anhui Solar Planet Technology Co., Ltd. After placing an order for solar panels and making full payment, I later decided to cancel the order and requested a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups and reassurances, it has now been nearly two weeks, and I have yet to receive my money back. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when no goods have been delivered and the order was canceled promptly. The lack of communication and accountability from their side is very concerning and reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer service standards. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to be cautious, especially when it comes to payments and refunds. My experience has been frustrating, and I would not recommend Anhui Solar Planet Technology Co., Ltd
