With the use of a specialized mould and an energy-efficient single screw extruder, this pipe extrusion line boosted production efficiency compared to a single high-speed production line by 30%, consumed less energy than 20%, and successfully decreased labor costs. With the right machine transformation, it is possible to produce PE-RT or PE pipes.

The machine's control system, which consists of a large-screen liquid crystal display screen and PLC control, is simple to operate and offers automatic fault alarming, machine adjustment, line appearance, and steady and dependable production. Using our years of plastic pipe extrusion expertise, we have also created a high-speed PP-R/PE pipe extrusion machine with a maximum production speed of 35 m/min (based on 20 mm pipes).

Applications of PP-R/PE-RT Pipe Extrusion Lines:
It is mostly used to produce PE-RT pipes with a diameter of 16–32 mm and PP-R and PE pipes with a diameter of 16–160 mm. It can also create multi-layer PP-R pipes, PP-R glass fiber pipes, PE-RT, and EVOH pipes when it is outfitted with the right downstream machinery.
