This manufacturing technique is used to make PVC-O biaxially oriented polyvinyl chloride pipes. To create the long PVC molecules in the pipes, this technique involves bidirectionally stretching the extruded PVC-U pipes in both the axial and radial directions. The strength, toughness, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, low temperature resistance, and other qualities of PVC pipes are significantly increased by the orderly biaxial arrangement of the chains. The new pipes created by this method function far better than standard PVC-U pipes. The maximum pipe diameter is 1200 mm.

PVC-O Pipe Extrusion Line Applications:
This line is primarily utilized to produce UPVC pipes with large diameters and various pipe wall thicknesses for usage in cable lay, construction, and other areas.
