1. The HDPE pipe line extruder uses a high-efficiency screw and barrel, and the gearbox is a self-lubricating hardening teeth gearbox. The motor uses a Siemens standard motor, with an ABB inverter controlling its speed. Siemens PLC control or button control is used in the control system.
2. Materials charger, single screw extruder, pipe mold, vacuum calibration tank, two sets of spray cooling tanks, three caterpillar haul-off machines, no-dust cutter, and stacker make up this PE pipe line.
3. The cooling and vacuum calibration sections are housed in two chambers in the vacuum calibration tank's tank body. 304# stainless steel is used in both the spray cooling and vacuum tanks.The machine is made more intelligent by the auto-water temperature control system, spray cooling, and superb vacuum system that guarantees accurate pipe sizing.
4. This pipe line's haul-off machine will be of the crawler variety. It may count the length of the pipe during production using the meter code.
