The term "Ceramic Membrane Filtration System," or CMS, refers to the entire set of filtration apparatus that uses inorganic ceramic membranes for fluid separation. FCM membrane, PCR honeycomb membrane, and CRM tubular membrane (also known as silicon carbide membrane) can all be used with CMS systems. For liquid separation, it functions as cross-flow or semi-cross-flow filtration.
The CMS membrane filtration system can be designed and produced using a variety of materials, depending on the intended use. For instance, SUS304 or SS316L stainless steel is typically needed by the food and pharmaceutical industries. Steel lining rubber, FRPP, and titanium alloy can be employed in chemical or waste water applications where there are corrosive conditions. Users are advised to employ PCR membranes with PVC pipe for projects where cost is a concern.

The components of a full CMS membrane filtration system include membrane modules, ceramic membrane elements, pumps (feed, circulating, CIP, and other pumps), valves, instruments (flow, pressure, temperature, and liquid level), and auxiliary equipment (pre-filters, back flushing systems, and heat exchange filters). Control systems (MCC cabinets, program cabinets, PLCs, inverters, and other control systems), frames, and a few auxiliary storage tanks and public works are also included.
The TANGENT technical team can create a filtering process that is dependable, affordable, and useful based on the technical requirements, capacity, and other project-related factors. The technical team can choose the sturdy and dependable parts and design the 3D structural drawing simultaneously. All of those components will be put together and processed in the TANGENT workshop into a premium membrane filtration system under a stringent quality control system; prior to the equipment being delivered, quality testing and inspection are carried out to guarantee that the hardware and software can satisfy the needs of the user.

The CMS membrane filtration system can be configured for completely automatic control via DCS and PLC, semi-automated control, or manual control. TANGENT offers a skilled team and several years of project experience. In order to accomplish remote monitoring and control, it can adapt customized control systems to the various needs of users and integrate them into the host control unit of users via network protocols.
