Fine bubble diffuser, which is used to transfer air and with that oxygen into sewage or industrial wastewater. Oxygen is required by microorganisms in the water to break down pollutants. Fine bubble disc diffuser series combines effective design, low installation costs, reliability, and high performance in intermittent and continuous aeration processes. Special designed the slits cut opening, patterns, and spacing between the slits for high oxygen transfer and longtime operation.

We provide disc diffusers that are specially designed for a plethora of applications. The special low plasticizer EPDM is aimed at beverage production, and food and animal processing. The silicone membrane diffuser is specifically created for refining processes, petrochemicals, and the paper industry. Relatively based on the latest nanotechnology, the surface of the membrane materials is meant to prevent the accumulation of both biological and solid encrustations. We provide disc diffusers with rings and support dish that is strengthened and well-protected by glass fibers for optimum chemical resistance. With this sturdy support dish, it can endure varying temperatures and resist harmful UV rays. All disc diffusers come with built-in non-return valves to ensure the safety and security of the water treatment process. This valve controls the build-up of sludge and prevents its infiltration into the aeration system, especially when the airflow is sporadic. We offer disc diffusers that include pre-fabricated components for an easy and fast installation process. In case replacement or maintenance is necessary, the materials can also be removed easily. The disc diffuser has an adjustable pipe support system for easy leveling during the installation process. It also fits onto any type of material, which includes ABS, PVC, etc.
