Installation Guide
1. When the pipe thread is connected to the globe valve when installing and tightening, the pipe should be perpendicular to the end face of the valve body, and the hexagonal or octagonal part on the same side of the thread should be wrenched. The installation torque should not be more than 50M.m, and the DN25 installation torque should not be more than 70N.m, so as not to cause deformation of the valve body or affect the opening.
2. During installation, the sealing material should be kept clean and clean.
3. The indexing circle on the flanged globe valve should match the indexing size of the pipe flange. The center of the pipe at both ends should be perpendicular to the plane of the two flanges of the valve body, otherwise, the valve body will be distorted and deformed.
4. When the globe valve connected by the pipe thread is connected with the thread of the pipe end, the inner thread can be a conical pipe thread or a cylindrical pipe thread, but the outer thread must be a conical pipe thread, otherwise, it will easily lead to a loose connection and leakage
5. When installing, pay attention to the flow direction of the medium and the direction of the arrow on the valve body.
6. The globe valve operated by a handwheel can be installed in any position of the pipeline.
7. The soft-seal globe valve is sealed with PTFE material, and the hard-seal globe valve is sealed with the same material itself (metal).
