The main components include a frame, inlet, sample ports, injection ports, static mixer, and outlet.
The pipes are configured in a climbing, serpentine manner to reduce the amount of floor space needed to provide sufficient chemical reaction time.

Work process:
1. Water is pumped under pressure into the inlet of the flocculator.
2. Immediately after the inlet, injection ports are provided for chemical dosing, typically coagulants.
3. After several pipe runs, a flocculant polymer is injected and mixed in the subsequent pipe sections. Some units come with an inline pH meter and injection points for neutralizing agents.
4. No need to equip a stirring tank and mixer (PAC, Alkali/acid&Polymer), save money and cost
5. Use 3 sets of static mixer instead of a mixer, no Power consumption and no need for special maintenance
