Principles of Work
Rapid Dispersion

In order to hydraulically break down chemicals (PAC, PAM, etc.) into fine particles, the jet mixer first speeds up water flow. Comparing this process to conventional mixing, the surface area is increased by 300%.
Preparing the Solution in Three Steps
Three tanks are then used to filter the solution: 

  1. 90% of chemicals are dissolved in the preparation tank in 2 minutes as opposed to 10 minutes in traditional systems.
  2. The curing tank automatically removes any residues that haven't dissolved using gravity separation.
  3. Finally, a slow-speed mixer in the dosing tank guarantees a consistent concentration (with a variance of ±2%).

Automatic Dosing System applications field
1. Treatment of industrial and municipal wastewater
Examples of applications:

Add coagulants (PAC, PAM, etc.) to improve the settling of the sludge.
To eradicate pathogens, add disinfectants (ozone, sodium hypochlorite).
Adding reducing agents (like sodium bisulfite) to wastewater electroplating allows heavy metals (like nickel and chromium) to be treated.
Wastewater from printing and dyeing: add decolorizing agents (like hydrogen peroxide) and acid/alkali to change the pH.
2. The petrochemical sector
Examples of applications:

To stop pipeline corrosion and scaling, add corrosion and scale inhibitors to oilfield reinjection water.
The refining process involves separating the oil-water mixture by adding a demulsifier.
3. The food and pharmaceutical sectors
Examples of applications:

Acid/alkali cleaning agents are added to the CIP cleaning system during food processing.
To get rid of any remaining chlorine in pharmaceutical pure water, add sodium bisulfite.
4. The textile and paper industries
Examples of applications:

The process of making paper involves adding defoamers and bleaching agents, like chlorine dioxide.
In textile printing and dyeing, oxidants (like hydrogen peroxide) are added to decolorize the fabric.
