Surface water, groundwater, tap water, and municipal water with a salt content of less than 1000 parts per million can all be treated with XLP series RO membranes, which are ideal for the second segment desalination of two-segment RO systems. Under extremely low operating pressure conditions, these membranes can achieve the same high flux and high rejection rate as conventional low-pressure membranes. Its rejection rate can reach 99.0%, and its operating pressure is roughly half that of traditional low-pressure composite membranes. This lowers the operating costs of the reverse osmosis system and improves economic benefits by lowering the investment cost of pertinent pumps, pipelines, containers, and other equipment.
