In order to prevent sludge bridging, the bottom of the sludge silo is equipped with a sliding frame that moves reciprocally under the hydraulic station's drive. The silo body is composed of carbon steel, an anticorrosion material that allows for both short-term storage and outward transportation of the sludge. The size and arrangement of the silo can be altered to suit the needs of the customer, and the screw at the bottom can regulate the amount of material.

Applications of High Density Sludge Process :

Frame Sliding Silos are made to work with materials that are difficult to move, such as biomass and de-watered sludge cakes. One of the numerous benefits of the flat silo floor concept is that it allows for the largest discharge ports conceivable. Even with these challenging materials, "mass flow" is produced inside the silo by the sliding frame discharger. Regardless of the application, the client may be certain that precise discharge and metering of the stored material will be achieved on demand.
