The magnetic multibladed spinning rotor (impeller) inside our turbine flow meter is positioned at right angles to the flow and serves as a flow sensor. The fluid's velocity and the impeller's rotational speed are proportionate. After being sent, the produced pulse is transformed into a volumetric measurement.
After a certain amount of water flows through the sensor, the relay is activated. The batcher is equipped with dual relay operation, auto reset, and manual reset capabilities. Batch quantities are counted down to zero. Every time the actual flow drops below the predetermined level, the relay is programmed to activate. The display reads "LOW FLOW RATE." Perfect for chemical dosing and flow interlock. The meter can be connected to any dosing or metering pump. Online chemical dosing in proportion to flow is possible. The flow meter has a data logger option that stores the flow rate, total flow, date, and time on a 2GB memory card.
