Setup and Evaluation
① Pipe cutting: Depending on the application, the necessary pipe can be machine or manually cut after the proper length has been measured. Keep both ends flat and vertical while cutting and use a file to remove burrs and create a crisp edge; however, the chamfer shouldn't be too big.
②Before bonding pipes and fittings, the installation location must be selected and noted, the length of the inserted pipe end (socket depth + 10 mm) and the inner wall of the socket of the pipe fittings must be cleaned. Then, they must be wiped with cotton yarn stained with acetone. Once the acetone has evaporated, apply the adhesive uniformly to both the interior and exterior of the socket and pipe. Not too thick, yet not so thin that it's missed.
After painting, insert and turn. All of the pipes should be put into the socket at the precise combination angle needed for installation. After two to three minutes, the pipes should be fixed on their own, and any extra adhesive that overflows from the bonding location should be wiped off to maintain the pipe clean. Now trim. Avoid forcing the direction or opening; doing so will result in leaks. The adhesive component cannot be watered or exposed to external force for a period of 24 hours after it is applied. The test can only be run following the end of the curing period.
③ A dependable seal is necessary for pipeline installation to guarantee that there are no leaks during operation. Every 1.5 to 2.0 meters, fixing devices (pipe clamps) must be placed.
④ Because plastic has a certain amount of plasticity, when installing horizontal pipe, an elevator or bracket is placed every 0.6 meters to keep the plastic from deforming and impairing use.
⑤ The riser and the stove edge must have a minimum of 400mm clear distance, and the riser and the heating pipe must have a minimum of 200mm clear distance. The water supply pipe must be placed far from the heat source.
⑥ After construction, the pipe must pass the pressure test before being sealed with dirt.
