For feed water TDS 50 to 2000 PPM, REDA RO System 1500 to 24000 Gallons/Day. These commercial RO systems make use of high efficiency reverse osmosis membranes to create low dissolved solids water from tap or well water. These reverse osmosis (RO) systems use TN/LP reverse osmosis membranes and are intended to operate at pressures of 200–250 psi for water with a higher TDS. Higher salt removal and higher operating pressure are features of TWLP RO membranes. overcomes mermbrane flow loss brought on by increased TDS levels. Our water fillration systems feature numerous design elements that have been refined over time. Our procedure and framework design guarantees optimal membrane performance and reduces membrane fouling.

Recommended Pretreatment Tools: SDl test kits and all pretreatment tools are available. If chlorine is present in the supply water, it must be eliminated with a carbon filter before the RO system. To prevent scaling the mernbranes, hardness in the feed water must be eliminated with a water softener before RO.

Multimedia filter: If feed water has a silt density index (SDI) of 3 or more, media filter pretreatment is advised.

Basis for Capacity: 24 hours/day. Systems with a 77° F (25° C) rating, working at about 200 psi (14 kgleri) pressure with a 1000 ppm sodium chloride solution. Refer to our Series HL booklet if your feed water has a higher TDS level. 40–60 PSI is the minimum feed pressure to a RO system.Water temperature has a considerable impact on system capacity.
