Strong combination of neutralizing amines in an aqueous solution is NA 660 C. Water-soluble neutralizing agent NA 660 C was created specifically to stop corrosion in the overhead condensation equipment of petrochemical and refining facilities. With atmospheric and vacuum distillation towers in mind, NA 660 C was designed to have a condensation profile akin to waters.  Along with having a high neutralization capacity, NA 660 C also exhibits a good PH buffering effect, which helps to maintain the water's pH at an ideal range of 5.5 to 6.5. Since the hydrochlorides that result from neutralizing the above chlorides with NA 660 C are liquids and soluble in water, they have no effect on foiling.
