1. Quartz Sand filter
To ensure that the filtered water's TDS is less than 5, the quartz sand filter, also known as a multi-media filter, is frequently used in drinking water treatment to remove various particles, including colloidal compounds, suspended solids (turbidity), and others. This process will reduce the load on the back-end fine filters.
2. Active Carbon filter
The main tool, the active carbon filter, is frequently used to remove organic materials, heavy metals, suspended solids, residual chlorine, and other contaminants. It can effectively reduce the level of COD and improve the taste of water. The system is a pressure filter. The filter uses an active carbon bed made of quartz and coconut shell. The activated carbon is equipped with vent valves at the highest point and a drain connection at the lowest point. The internal systems and components for each tank are constructed of FRP material.
3. Sodium softener filter
Ion exchange resin is used in water softening systems for Ca+, Mg+, and other cation exchanges. The resin that guarantees the membrane module's long-term well-permeable ability and prolongs membrane lifespan improves the quality stability of RO purified water by preventing undissolved salt from adhering to the membrane's surface. A water softener is a vertical structure made of FRP material that is manufactured according to vessel standards. It has an 8 kg/cm2 designed pressure and an American auto valve for fully automatic salt regeneration.

4. Security filter (micron filters)
The security filter is most commonly used for treating water. The whole system adopts one set of stainless filters. There are 3 pieces of polypropylene in every 5μ filter cartridge, filtering the vast majority of particles in the water, which eases the load of the RO membrane.

This process of filtration benefits the filter cartridge and prolongs its lifetime in the system.This apparatus contains a filtration component and stainless support layers.

The support layer is made of stainless steel 304, with the advantages of compact structure, beautiful shape, high flux, good filtration accuracy, etc. This device has a side drain valve, a bottom drain valve, and an air drain valve installed.

5. Reverse Osmosis System (RO)
An essential component of the water treatment system, which is widely used to produce drinking and pure water, is the RO system. RO membrane removes many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure to the solution when it is on one side of a selective membrane. As a result, the pure solvent is permitted to flow to the opposite side of the membrane while solutes like iron, viruses, bacteria, and solids are held on the pressurized side.
