SFR-SVG, a new generation of static reactive power compensation devices (abbreviated SVG), is the most recent technological advancement in reactive power compensation. SVG is similar to a changeable reactive current source and is connected in parallel to the power grid. Its reactive current can be flexibly controlled to automatically compensate for the reactive power that the system needs. On the one hand, it efficiently resolves the harmonic reactive disturbance switching compensation issue of parallel connection capacitors; on the other hand, it can suppress or treat harmonic distortion in accordance with the user's actual needs, thereby purifying the power grid environment.
