One cutting-edge modern technology that our nation has developed recently is reverse osmosis. In order to separate the water from the solution using a unique semi-permeable membrane, reverse osmosis involves applying a pressure to the solution that is higher than the osmotic pressure. This method is known as reverse osmosis since it is the opposite of osmosis. Reverse osmosis techniques with higher than osmotic pressure can be used for a particular solution in order to accomplish the goals of separation, extraction, purification, and concentration, depending on the varying osmotic pressures of different materials. Compared to conventional techniques, the reverse osmosis device consumes less energy because it doesn't require heating or a phase transition procedure, primarily separating the ion range in the solution.

Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment applications

  1. Water used in the electronic sector for washing silicon wafers, integrated circuits, display tubes, and other electronic components
  2. Large infusions, injections, tablets, biochemical products, equipment cleaning, and other processes are all examples of pharmaceutical industry water.
  3. Procedure used in the chemical industry and water: the creation of chemical products, the circulation of chemicals, and other power industries.
  4. Boiler supply water: low-pressure boiler power system for factories and mines, boiler for thermal power production
  5. Water used in the food sector includes drinking water, beverages, beer, liquor, health goods, and brackish and saltwater.
  6. Desalination: brackish water zones, ships, islands, and offshore drilling rigs.
  7. Drinking pure water: communities, businesses, institutions, and real estate properties, among other processes.
  8. Water: fine chemicals, coated glass, cars, home appliances, cosmetics, etc.

Features and performance of Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment
  1. The reverse osmosis device is tiny, easy to use, and has many uses.
  2. The reverse osmosis equipment, which treats industrial water, uses little acid and alkali, produces no secondary pollution, and has comparatively low operating costs;
  3. With a reverse osmosis desalting rate of 99% and a machine desalting rate of 97%, 98% of organic debris, colloids, bacteria, and other contaminants can be successfully removed.
  4. Good water conductivity; raw water has a conductivity of ≤300μs/cm, the secondary has a conductivity of roughly 2-3μs/cm, and the EDI is ≤0.5μs/cm.
  5. The IC microcomputer controller automatically flushes the reverse osmosis membrane, raw water, and pure water conductivity to achieve online display; there is no manual guard; it automatically stops when the water is full, automatically boots without water, and automatically flushes the air before the transfer.
  6. Up to 90% of parts are imported.
