For the water and desalination industries, SAHARA INDUSTRY provides a large selection of FRP composite pressure vessels. Our DROPLET line of composite pressure vessels is produced on extremely advanced CNC-controlled automatic machines, guaranteeing the same precision and repeatability quality across a variety of models. LDPE and FRP liner options are available for DROPLET vessels. DROPLET LDPE liner vessels are standard vessels composed of natural-colored, virgin LDPE material that guarantees no algae formation over time.
To guarantee greater strength at threaded sections, premium glass-filled HDPE is used to make the top and bottom threaded adaptors. Customized pressure vessels that are not standard are usually DROPLET FRP liner vessels. This has been our USP for over ten years. Custom vessels up to four meters in height and ranging in diameter from 250 to 1600 are available from us. Other choices that vessels can offer, in addition to size adjustments, include sight glass, lateral opening, flanged opening with blind flange for HAND/MANHOLE, etc.
A state-of-the-art, fully automated filament winding equipment is used to precisely lay FRP filament winding for exterior reinforcement on all DROPLET (R) vessels. We can provide test pressure vessels up to 10 bar with burst pressures up to 40 bar thanks to the helical + hoop winding combination. Depending on the needs, we can also provide higher-rated, specially designed pressure-rated vessels.

  2. Vessels that are fully tailored are possible.

  4. Outer shell made of high-performance FRP filament woven.
  5. Side and top manholes make it simple to remove and fill media.
  6. Sight glass to monitor backwash, regeneration, and process functioning.
  7. Standard bottom collectors and top distributors made of PP are compatible with the inlet and outlet flanges.
