Halaib seawater desalination facility, which has a first and second phase capacity of 4500 m3/day and a value of 473 million pounds. It is a desalination plant with a 4500 m3/day capacity plus a sea intake with a 20,000 m3/day capacity made up of two HDPE pipe suction lines, each of which is 1000 m.t. long and has a diameter of 900 mm. Two concrete lanterns at the end of the suction lines and two HDPE pipe return lines, each 600 meters long and 800 mm in diameter A water lifter and a 5000 m3 storage tank are included in the general site work and electromechanical work (generators and electromechanical equipment to boost production capacity).
