For what reason calibrate?
You are unable to trust your meter's accuracy if it is not regularly calibrated. This is crucial for the safe and effective running of your facility or process, as well as financially, if the meter is used for invoicing.
Our ability to calibrate
Currently, ACC is building autonomous, traceable flow meter calibration facilities that provide services both on-site (mobile) and in a lab setting.
In Dammam's Industrial Zone 2, a high capacity flexible-fixed facility is being constructed. A small volume prover (SVP) combined with several master meters serves as the main reference.

Important operating guidelines are going to be:

Up to 13,500 l/min of flow and 50 bar of pressure
Celsius range: 20 to 50 degrees
Utilize oils and water to calibrate
Meters up to 16 inches.

Additionally, ACC is developing several mobile calibration setups. The first rig uses Coriolis reference meters and may be used to temporarily build a calibration loop at your location by connecting it either directly in series with your meter or by using it in conjunction with a different pump set or storage tank.

up to 10bar of pressure
50 °C or higher in temperature
Adjust with various liquids
Up to 4 inch meters
