The primary goals of the flushing process are to remove any impurities from the system that might have entered during pipe installation and site erection, including iron oxides, loose mill scale, grease, oil, and welding splashes. The last stage required prior to the plant's activation or commissioning is passivation. The Metito Flushing Program uses extremely efficient chemicals, filtration systems, specialized pumps, and skilled on-site assistance. More than 300 flushing and passivation jobs, totaling more than 200,000 m3 of water, have been done by Metito professionals.
