The liquid-cooling energy storage battery system of Kehua Digital Energy includes a 1500 V energy battery seires, rack-level controllers, liquid cooling system, protection system and intelligent management system. The rated capacity of the system is3.44 MWh. Each rack of batteries is equipped with a rack-level controller (or high-voltage box) for charging and discharging. Each rack of batteries incloudes eight 1P48S battery packs(1P48S cells for each pack) connected in series. The cell capacity of the system is 280 Ah and higher. Eight racks are combined through rack-level controllers (or high-voltage box) as the external output of the container. The system adopts an external maintenance design, integrates internal fire distinguish system and liquid cooling pipeline to realize the fire distinguish and intelligent management of the liquid-cooling battery energy storage system. Different applications scenarios such as peak shaving and frequency modulation, output power smoothing, grid support, and peak load shifting for renewable energy side, grid side(independent/shared energy storage) and user side can be supported by the BESS.
